Kjell Wassermann brings more than 20 years of experience from the maritime and wind energy industries – from electrical petty officer in the Navy, to commissioning engines worldwide for Wärtsilä, to global head of training quality at Vestas. His guiding principle: turning those affected into active participants.

Why InstrucTip
My path led from electrical petty officer in the Navy, through commissioning engines worldwide for Wärtsilä, to global head of training quality at Vestas.
As a Master Professional of Vocational Training (German state-certified vocational educator), I develop instructional concepts to the highest standard.
As a member of the Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Training Committee, I actively help develop the Instructor Qualification Training Framework.
